Industrial Park «Chapaevsk»

Industrial Park «Chapaevsk» is a modern site designed for comfortable and quick start of innovative production. This is the territory with wide development prospects. Ready engineering and transport infrastructure is available for residents. It consists of gas, water and electricity supply, sanitary and rainwater sewage systems, fiber-optic communication and motorways with exits to federal and regional roads. It is also envisaged that a railway road with an independent branch to the city station can be built in the TAD «Chapaevsk». TAD «Chapaevsk» is located within the boundaries of urban district Chapaevsk of the Samara region, along the road P226 (Samara-Pugachev-Engels – Volgograd). At the moment, urban district Chapaevsk is a mono-city. It is planned that eventually it will acquire «advanced development zone» status, which means special attention of authorities and additional preferences for companies.
