Industrial Park «Samara»

The new Samara Industrial Park, currently under construction, is located in the northern part of the regional capital. The 204.5-hectare investment site is situated near the settlement of Kozelki in the Krasnoglinsky District and is intended for industrial facilities in the electronics, instrumentation, jewelry, food, and construction sectors. Work is now underway on the master plan and land-survey documentation for the industrial park. Next year, trunk utility networks will be designed and built up to the boundaries of the new industrial site, along with engineering infrastructure and internal utilities.
