About managing company

Joint-stock company «Industrial Parks»  is a specialized managing company for industrial parks located on the territory of the Samara region. Principal shareholder of the company is the Government of the Samara region. JSC «Industrial Parks» has experience in implementing development projects, creation, development and management the infrastructure of investment sites. The Company was selected as a managing company for the investment platforms created at the initiative of the Government of the Samara region. The managing company was given a status of a full-fledged member of the Association of Industrial Parks by the Order of Chief operating officer of the Association dd. June 23rd, 2015.

Following the Order of the Government of the Samara region No. 673 (rev. April 19th, 2017) «About the measures aimed at creation and development of industrial parks on the territory of the Samara region JSC «Industrial Parks» carries out preliminary selection of investment projects to be implemented within the territory of industrial parks.
